The journey to achieving the glutes of your dreams, such as those of world-class athletes, has become much simpler.
The Glute Sculpting specialisation plan is a 3 phase series, each made to be a 4-6 week structured program, designed using optimal movement & intensity selection, with the goal of Glute hypertrophy. Each program is a 4 day training split, inclusive of both lower (3) & upper body (1) workouts, with a large bias towards Glute hypertrophy.
By purchasing the Glute Builder program, you will gain access to the Alpha Physique training app, where you will there gain access to your program. Within the app, there is a major exercise library, helping ensure you perform each movement effectively. You will also be able to log training data & notes, to measure & improve upon performance over time.
