NUTRITION ONLY COACHING
Your coach will provide you with a comprehensive meal plan, with macronutrients fully disclosed for each meal & for the day. Similarly to the premium coaching service, your plans will be designed specifically for you and your goals and adjusted accordingly as you progress. We always do our best as registered Nutritionists to cater to our client's food preferences and lifestyles to make sure that you are set up for success & enjoying the process as well.

Comprehensive Training Program
Receive detailed training programs that are adjusted every 4 weeks and niche to your goal/s taking into account; how many times you can train each week, the equipment available to you, your experience level and any/all injuries you may need to work around. Our programs have been tried and tested across 100s of successful clients and will provide you with an effective framework to exceed your expectations.

Tailored Meal Plans or Flexible Dieting Packages
You can opt for a full meal plan with macronutrients fully disclosed for each meal & day as a whole, or macronutrient targets, for a more flexible approach [flexi plan option only], under your coach's close guidance - Both options you will receive mentoring from your coach. These will be created specifically for you and your goals and adjusted as you progress. We always make sure to keep in mind your food preferences and lifestyle to make sure that you are set up for success & enjoying the process as well.

Weekly Plan Adjustments & Feedback
To ensure you are progressing in the most efficient way possible, each week you will check in with your coach who will provide a detailed analysis of your check-in photos, recorded data and biofeedback, reassuring you are on track towards your goals. All check-in responses are done in written and/or video format by your coach, ensuring your response is extremely thorough & detailed.

FAQs
Q1. Is there a minimum coaching term?
There is a 4 week minimum coaching term. There is a lot of work that goes into consultation review, prior planning & the actual design of ones programs, which is why we have the minimum term requirements.
Q2. What is the cancellation policy?
Beyond the 4 week minimum term, there is a two week cancellation notice period from the date of which notice is delivered.
Q3. Do you provide meal plans or macro’s?
In short, both. Alpha Physique coaches are registered Sports Nutritionists & do provide very in depth, effective nutrition plans. However, our plans do include the macronutrients of each meal & the day as a whole & offer mentoring & education to those that wish to over time take a more flexible approach to their dieting. We also have a 'Flexi Coaching' package for those that don't wish to have a meal plan & would rather just macronutrients.
Q4. What are your payment options?
All payments are direct debited using Pay Advantage (international is fine). Payment frequencies can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and if you wish to have a particular day for your debit to occur, please make your coach aware of it when starting with them.
Q5. What is the check-in turn around time?
Although we offer a 24hr check-in response guarantee, typically it is the same day. The earlier you do submit your check-in, the better the chances of this. If your check-in comes through in the PM, it could be the following day, but always within that 24hr window.
Q6. Do you cater to vegetarians/vegans?
As registered Sports Nutritionists we cater to all special dietary requirements & approaches, whilst also educating & helping ensure that the plan for you is not only suitable & enjoyable but highly effective also.
Q7. Can I pause my coaching if I am going on holiday?
Yes, more than happy to. However, providing us with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required & appreciated. Any period of time longer than 6 weeks however will be at the discretion of your coach.
